What are the payment options?
a. By T/T, 30% as deposit to start production, the balance to be paid before shipment .
b. Irrevocable L/C at sight is possible.
Can you make samples before container order?
Yes, we can produce samples for clients to check quality or test market, according to our own product design or we can make samples based on your drawings. The pattern, size, material and finish can be upon specific request.
Can you produce my special order or customize my design?
Yes, we can customize furniture if you provide us with your detailed drawing or real sample. We always welcome custom design order.
What about lead time of production? Lead production we need about 3-4 weeks for a 40HQ, also it depends on quantity and our order production schedule.
How do I order from AUTO Furniture?
a.Tell items code of your interest, to confirm size, material, color and finish, as well as order quantity, price, payment, delivery time etc. b. A sales contract or Proforma Invoice(PI) is to be signed. c. Production will be started after receiving 30% deposit of order amount. Photos of finished goods and packages will be sent to you when we finish production of the order.
If confirm no problem you should pay the balance of the amount. d. We arrange shipment by forwarding company to your destination port. e. We send you shipping documents (bill of lading, commercial invoice and Packing List or other extra documents needed). f. You will be informed to submit the shipping documents to do customs clearance and obtain the goods. g. We have good after-sale service. We have responsibility to know how satisfied you are with our company and our products. If problem or question we will actively solve it and let you satisfied.
